Intake boot may need to be softened/heated for proper fitment. Airbox boot may need to be heated and stretched to seat properly. Proper installation is required to ensure an airtight seal. This carburetor does not include a TPS connection. The TPS connector can be left unplugged. Many riders choose this setup when switching to a performance carburetor. Removing the TPS typically results in. More direct throttle feel. No additional modifications are typically required beyond proper jetting and installation.
