Engine Side Diameter: Approx. Airbox Side Diameter: Approx. Please verify all measurements before purchasing. YZ250 (1988 & Newer). 2006 and newer YZ125 models require a short-body PWK carburetor. Early KX125 models do not utilize a Throttle Position Sensor (TPS). Some later KX125 models equipped with a TPS can use this carburetor by simply leaving the factory TPS connector unplugged, as this replacement carburetor does not utilize a TPS. Some applications may require minor fitment adjustments depending on your specific model. 2017 and newer KTM XC/XC-W models can be converted from the OEM Mikuni TMX carburetor to a PWK-style carburetor. A PWK-compatible throttle cable and minor intake modifications may be required. Typically requires a larger PWK-compatible intake manifold or intake boot. A PWK-compatible throttle cable may also be required. May require an aftermarket intake manifold or intake boot depending on your setup. Fits most PWK-style intake manifolds. Main Jets: #165 & #175. Pilot Jets: #48 & #55. 1 × Aftermarket 38mm PWK Air Striker Carburetor. Installation & Tuning Notes. Final jetting may still be required depending on your engine modifications, exhaust system, reed cage, air filter, fuel type, elevation, temperature, and riding conditions. Designed for applications using a 46mm PWK-style spigot mount intake. Some applications may require heating and softening the original intake boot and/or airbox boot during installation. Over time, factory rubber components can become hard from age and heat exposure, making installation more difficult. Depending on your application, an aftermarket intake manifold, larger intake boot, PWK-compatible throttle cable, reed spacer, or other minor modifications may be required. If you’re unsure whether this carburetor is correct for your application, send your year, make, model, and engine modifications before purchasing. This listing is for a new Keihin 28mm PWK Style carburetor which includes the proper jets for running an aftermarket exhaust with open air box lid, if you have other mods or need additional jets other than what is supplied message me. The fitment of this carburetor will require you to heat up the intake boot, and modify the air box side. Also the carburetor bowl may hit the clutch arm so it’s suggested to use a reed spacer or slightly tilt the carburetor. To fit this carburetor correctly you will need a aftermarket throttle cable from the TORS delete, you can not use the stock throttle cable with this carburetor modification.
