This carburetor comes installed with a 410 main jet and 40 pilot jet, providing a solid starting point for most stock and lightly modified CR125R engines. ? Tuned Setup Included. This setup provides a strong baseline for most CR125R builds. Final tuning may be required depending on. Since this is a 38mm carburetor with a larger outside diameter, the following may be required. Intake boot may need to be softened/heated for proper fitment. Airbox boot may need to be heated and stretched to seat properly. Proper installation is required to ensure an airtight seal. This carburetor does not include a TPS connection. The TPS connector can be left unplugged. Many riders choose this setup when switching to a performance carburetor. Removing the TPS typically results in. More direct throttle feel. No additional modifications are typically required beyond proper jetting and installation.
