Perfect for motocross, woods, enduro, ATV, dune, and off-road applications. High-quality aftermarket 38mm PWK Air Striker carburetor. Proven baseline jetting installed. Improved airflow and fuel atomization. Replaceable main and pilot jets. Ideal for stock and modified engines. Engine Side Diameter: Approx. Airbox Side Diameter: Approx. Please verify all measurements before purchasing. YZ250 (1988 & newer). Note: 2006 and newer YZ125 models require a short-body PWK carburetor. Note: TPS-equipped KX125 models may leave the TPS connector unplugged. 2017 and newer KTM XC/XC-W models can be converted from the OEM Mikuni TMX carburetor to a PWK-style carburetor. A PWK-compatible throttle cable and minor intake modifications may be required. Typically requires a larger PWK-compatible intake manifold or intake boot. A PWK-compatible throttle cable may also be required. May require an aftermarket intake manifold or intake boot depending on your setup. Fits most PWK-style intake manifolds. 1 × Aftermarket 38mm PWK Air Striker Carburetor. Spare Main & Pilot Jets. Main Jets: #165 & #175. Pilot Jets: #48 & #55. Final jetting adjustments may still be required depending on your engine modifications, exhaust system, reed cage, air filter, fuel, elevation, temperature, and riding conditions. Designed for applications using a 46mm PWK-style spigot mount intake. Some models may require an aftermarket intake manifold, larger intake boot, PWK-compatible throttle cable, or minor fitment modifications. This listing is for a new 28mm PWK carburetor, professionally tuned for a stock Yamaha Blaster, while also including the correct jetting to support common upgrades such as an aftermarket exhaust and open airbox lid. Each carb is pre-jetted and tested for strong baseline performance, making it a true bolt-on upgrade with room for fine-tuning depending on your setup, elevation, and riding style. If you are running additional modifications or need different jetting, feel free to message me-I can help dial it in. Intake boot will need to be heated/stretched for proper fitment. Airbox side may require minor modification. Carb bowl may contact clutch arm? Reed spacer recommended or slight carb adjustment. TORS delete throttle cable REQUIRED (OEM cable will NOT work).
