Designed for riders looking for stronger mid-range pull, cleaner top-end power, and improved throttle snap over stock carburetors. What’s Included. (2) 28mm PWK Carburetors (Matched Pair). Integrated Power Jet System. Jet Kit for fine tuning. Pre-installed baseline jetting 158 mains, 48 pilots, JJH needles. I will include #150/155/160/165 mains, 50/52 pilots. Engine Side (Spigot OD): 35mm. Air Filter Side (OD): 49mm. Slide Type: Flat Slide. Power Jet Circuit: External adjustable. Choke Type: Manual choke lever. Improved throttle response? Stronger mid-to-top RPM pull? Better fuel atomization? Ideal for trail, dune, or aggressive sport riding? Easier tuning compared to stock carbs. Compatible with stock or aftermarket intakes and pipes. Jetting adjustments may be required depending on exhaust, reeds, elevation, and engine modifications. Fits stock intake manifold boots, and air box side boots with heating them up a bit. Fuel lines will need changed or use hose clamps. These are set up for a mostly stock motor, exhaust, and airbox with no lid with performance filter. Fine tuning may be required for optimal performance.

This listing is for a new Keihin 28mm PWK Style carburetor which includes the proper jets for running an aftermarket exhaust with open air box lid, if you have other mods or need additional jets other than what is supplied message me. The fitment of this carburetor will require you to heat up the intake boot, and modify the air box side. Also the carburetor bowl may hit the clutch arm so it’s suggested to use a reed spacer or slightly tilt the carburetor. To fit this carburetor correctly you will need a aftermarket throttle cable from the TORS delete, you can not use the stock throttle cable with this carburetor modification.
