Early KX125 models do not utilize a Throttle Position Sensor (TPS). Some later KX125 models equipped with a TPS can use this carburetor by simply leaving the factory TPS connector unplugged, as this replacement carburetor does not utilize a TPS. Some applications may require minor fitment adjustments depending on your specific model. 2017 and newer KTM XC/XC-W models can be converted from the OEM Mikuni TMX carburetor to a PWK-style carburetor. A PWK-compatible throttle cable and minor intake modifications may be required. Typically requires a larger PWK-compatible intake manifold or intake boot. A PWK-compatible throttle cable may also be required. May require an aftermarket intake manifold or intake boot depending on your setup. Fits most PWK-style intake manifolds. Main Jets: #165 & #175. Over time, factory rubber components can become hard from age and heat exposure, making installation more difficult. Depending on your application, an aftermarket intake manifold, larger intake boot, PWK-compatible throttle cable, reed spacer, or other minor modifications may be required.
