Each carburetor is set up with a strong baseline tune for a mostly stock or lightly ported engine running a full aftermarket exhaust, upgraded reeds, and an open-airbox setup. Fits stock air boots. ? EXTRA TUNING PARTS INCLUDED. 155 & 165 Main Jets. (2) Aftermarket VForce 4-Style Reed Valve Assemblies. The included spare jets and needles provide additional tuning range for changes in engine modifications, exhaust setup, temperature, elevation, fuel, and riding conditions. These carburetors are initially tuned around. Mostly stock to lightly ported engine? Full aftermarket exhaust system? Performance reed valve setup? Open airbox / increased airflow? Approximately sea-level elevation. The dual 28mm setup provides a great balance of throttle response, airflow, and tunability for recreational, trail, dune, and performance Banshee builds. The included VForce 4-style reed valve assemblies feature an aftermarket reed cage design intended to support improved intake response and airflow. Reed Valve Disclosure: These are Chinese-manufactured aftermarket reed assemblies. ? IMPORTANT TUNING NOTE. The installed jetting is a baseline starting point and is not guaranteed to be correct for every engine. Final jetting should always be verified for your exact engine modifications, fuel, exhaust, intake, elevation, temperature, and riding conditions. They will require a reed spacer set to clear the clutch pivot arm, also recommended to use pod filters or you will have to modifiy the length of the area the intake boots sit on, or run an aftermarket metal air box. This carburetor comes installed with a 410 main jet and 40 pilot jet, providing a solid starting point for most stock and lightly modified CR125R engines. ? Tuned Setup Included. This setup provides a strong baseline for most CR125R builds. Final tuning may be required depending on. Since this is a 38mm carburetor with a larger outside diameter, the following may be required. Intake boot may need to be softened/heated for proper fitment. Airbox boot may need to be heated and stretched to seat properly. Proper installation is required to ensure an airtight seal.
